The rules
Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the house rules at Grande Prairie Casino. By opening an account or betting, you accept them, and in return we commit to running our side of the floor fairly and openly.
Signing up: what do I accept?
Sign up, fund your account or spin any game and you accept these terms in full. They are the binding agreement between Grande Prairie Casino and you.
These terms sit next to our Promotion Terms, Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, Play Responsibly page, Verification and AML page and Underage Gambling Policy. Put together, they form the complete rulebook.
If these terms are not acceptable to you, please do not open an account or play.
What is not allowed here?
Bright lights, honest tables. The following will get an account blocked:
- Using bots, scripts or any software that plays for you or reads game data.
- Teaming up with other players to gain an edge, swap information or move money between accounts.
- Opening extra accounts, using someone else's identity or letting another person play on your account.
- Depositing money that is stolen, used without the owner's permission or linked to crime.
- Exploiting a bug, a mispriced offer or a broken game instead of telling us about it.
- Abusing promotions, as defined in our Promotion Terms.
Spot this kind of play and we may cancel the bets involved, freeze or void linked winnings and close the account. Where the law demands it, we report the details to the relevant authorities.
Can these terms change?
Yes. Laws change, games change and our rules change with them. Each time these terms are revised, the new version is posted here, dated with when it takes effect.
Rule change that hits your money or account? You'll get an email or a notice at your next sign-in. Keep playing after the new version goes live and you're agreeing to it. Don't agree? Step away from the tables and withdraw what's left in your account.

Where does our liability stop?
We fight to keep the neon glowing, but no site can promise it never goes dark. We take no responsibility for losses from events beyond our control, like internet outages, power cuts, device faults or problems on a third party payment network.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or missed chances to win. If a fault is ours, our liability goes no higher than the value of the affected bet or transaction.
None of this removes any protection that Canadian law says cannot be excluded.
How do I file a complaint?
Email [email protected] with your username, when the problem happened (date and time), the game or payment involved and a brief summary. Got screenshots? Attach them.
Every complaint is handled by a member of our team, who examines the game and account records and emails you the outcome along with the reasons for it. Should we need more detail, we will ask in the same email thread.
Email is our only support channel. That keeps a clear written record for both sides.
Who owns the content on this site?
Grande Prairie Casino owns its name and logo, plus the look, wording and graphics of this site, or uses them under licence from the rights holders. Every game belongs to the studio that made it.
Built for your personal play only. Copying it, reselling it, scraping it or reusing any portion takes our written permission.
Where do the bonus rules live?
Every offer, including our welcome package and Grande Prairie Rewards, follows our Promotion Terms. Read that page before you opt in to anything. If the Promotion Terms and these terms ever clash on a bonus question, the Promotion Terms win.
How are game results decided?
Slots and other digital games decide every outcome with a random number generator (RNG). Every spin and every hand is independent, untouched by past results.
Live tables feature real dealers on camera. The outcome is whatever happens at the table, as logged by the game provider.
Rules and payouts for every title sit in its information screen. Check them before you play.
What happens if a game malfunctions?
Any malfunction cancels all pays and plays. If a game, server or connection breaks down, every bet hit by the fault is void and your stake goes back to your balance. A display error can never become a win the game never really produced.
Which law applies?
Canadian law, together with the law of the place you play from, governs these terms. Any dispute our complaints process can't resolve is handled by the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
We only open accounts where local law permits. Canadian rules on age limits, ID checks and anti-money laundering steer everything we do.
Who can play?
- Play is for ages 19 and up only.
- You must be located in Canada when you play.
- Local law where you are must allow online casino gaming.
We check age and location before any deposit clears. An account opened by anyone under 19 gets closed and dealt with under our Underage Gambling Policy.
How many accounts are allowed?
One per person. No exceptions.
Opening an account? Supply your genuine full name, birth date, home address and an email address you check. Update these details any time something changes. Choose a tough password and never share it: every action on your account is your responsibility.
Duplicate accounts are closed. Bets and promotions on them can be voided.
How can I contact you?
By email, always. Pick the inbox that fits:
- Got an account or payment question? Email [email protected].
- [email protected] for complaints.
- [email protected] for privacy and everything else.
